Dopedadfit Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on Dopedadfit (www.dopedadfit.com).

1. Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact

All requests are subject to quality inspection and, for exchanges, stock availability.

2. Innerwear & Hygiene Products

  • Innerwear and hygiene-related products are strictly non-returnable.
  • Returns and refunds are not permitted for these items.
  • Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues, subject to eligibility conditions.

3. Return Terms

  • A ₹250 return handling deduction is applicable on all returns.
  • All approved refunds are issued only as a Dopedadfit discount code.
  • Refunds are not processed to original payment methods.

4. Exchange Terms

  • Eligible exchange types:
    • Size exchange (most common)
    • Color exchange (subject to availability)
    • Product exchange of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer)
  • Exchanges for a lower-value product may not be permitted.
  • First exchange: completely free of cost.
  • Second exchange: ₹250 exchange handling fee.
  • Any exchange beyond the second request will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Dopedadfit.

5. Process

Returns

  1. Customer initiates a return request within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Product is inspected at our warehouse upon receipt.
  3. Approved returns are issued a discount code.

Exchanges

  1. Customer initiates an exchange request within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Support team verifies eligibility and stock availability.
  3. Pickup is arranged where serviceable.
  4. Replacement product is dispatched after the original product is received and passes inspection.

6. Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • If pickup is not serviceable at the customer's pincode, the customer must self-ship the product.

  • Self-shipping instructions will be shared by our support team once approved.

7. Rejection

  • A return or exchange may be rejected if:
    • The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
    • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Rejected items may be shipped back to the customer.

8. Discount Code Terms

  • Redeemable only on www.dopedadfit.com
  • One-time use unless stated otherwise
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

9. Processing Timeline

  • Discount codes are issued after successful quality inspection.
  • Processing time may vary based on logistics.

10. Policy Enforcement

  • Dopedadfit reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that violate this policy.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
  • Policy misuse or abnormal return/exchange patterns may result in account restrictions or denial of future requests.
  • Policy terms may be updated without prior notice.
